प्रदेशभर में पुलिस द्वारा अवैध हथियारों का निर्माण, कारोबार करने वालों और अवैध हथियार रखने वालों के खिलाफ ऑपरेशन प्रहार के तहत निरंतर सख्त कार्रवाई की जा रही है। इसी कड़ी में चंबल पुलिस ने महत्वपूर्ण कदम उठाते हुए अवैध आग्नेयास्त्र रखने वालों पर सख्त कार्रवाई की है। इस कार्रवाई के दौरान मध्य प्रदेश पुलिस ने बड़ी संख्या में अवैध हथियार और आग्नेयास्त्रों को जब्त किया है। पुलिस द्वारा ये गिरफ्तारियां और बरामदगियां निरंतर वाहन चेकिंग के दौरान, मुखबिर सूचना के आधार पर एवं अन्य माध्यमों से संज्ञान में आने पर की गई।
पुलिस ने पांच दिन चलाया अभियान :-
| उल्लेखनीय है कि चंबल जोन में अवैध आग्नेय अस्त्रों के प्रयोग को रोकने के लिए मध्यप्रदेश पुलिस ने 26 मार्च से 30 मार्च 2023 तक अवैध हथियार और आग्नेयास्त्रों की धरपकड़ के लिए विशेष अभियान चलाया है। इस अभियान के दौरान चंबल जोन के मुरैना, भिंड और दतिया जिलों में दिन-रात कार्रवाई करते हुए पुलिस ने अपराधियों से बड़ी संख्या में कट्टे, बंदूकें आदि बरामद किए गए हैं। |
चंबल जोन के आईजी सुशांत सक्सेना के दिशा–निर्देशन में कार्रवाई :-
| चंबल जोन के आईजी सुशांत सक्सेना द्वारा विगत दिनों भिंड, मुरैना, दतिया व श्योपुर के पुलिस अधीक्षकों को अपने-अपने जिलों में अवैध आग्नेयास्त्रों की रोकथाम के लिए सघन अभियान चलाने के लिए निर्देशित किया गया था। आईजी महोदय के निर्देशों के परिपालन में सभी जिलों के पुलिस अधिकारियों और कर्मचारियों ने अपने-अपने थाना क्षेत्रों में सघन वाहन चेकिंग अभियान चलाया।
इस अभियान के तहत पुलिस ने कुल 105 अवैध आग्नेय अस्त्र और 121 राउंड एम्युनेशन बरामद किए हैं। अभियान के दौरान कुल 107 बदमाशों को गिरफ्तार किया गया है। इसके अलावा, पुलिस ने 21 दो पहिया वाहन और 1 चार पहिया वाहन को भी जब्त कर लिया है। अभियान के दौरान पुलिस ने दूसरे व्यक्तियों के नाम पर दर्ज लायसेंसी हथियार लेकर चलने वाले 04 लोगों को भी गिरफ्तार किया और उनसे 04 अस्त्र जब्त किए। कट्टे-बंदूक आदि के साथ रील्स बनाकर सोशल मीडिया पर वायरल करने वालों पर भी पुलिस ने सख्ती बरतते हुए प्रकरण दर्ज किए हैं और रील्स के आधार पर अवैध हथियार रखने वालों को हिरासत में लिया है। |
सूचना–तंत्र से मिली जानकारी के आधार पर धरपकड़ :-
| मध्यप्रदेश पुलिस अवैध हथियारों के निर्माण और तस्करी करने वालों को निरंतर निशाना बना रही है। मध्यप्रदेश के कई जिलों से दूसरे प्रदेशों के तस्कर अवैध हथियार लाने का काम करते हैं। प्रदेश के सीमावर्ती जिलों में दूसरे प्रदेश से अवैध हथियार लाने वाले इन तस्करों को रोकने के लिए पुलिस लगातार निगरानी कर रही है साथ ही सूचना तंत्र के माध्यम से मिली जानकारी के आधार पर अपराधियों पर कार्रवाई कर रही है। |
कार्रवाई के दौरान पुलिस का मानवीय स्वरूप भी आ रहा नजर :-
| पूरे प्रदेश में की जा रही कार्रवाई के दौरान जहां मध्यप्रदेश पुलिस का सख्त रूप सामने आया वहीं अवैध हथियारों और अवैध आग्नेयास्त्रों का निर्माण करने वालों से संवाद स्थापित कर उन्हें समाज की मुख्यधारा में जोड़ने के प्रयासों से पुलिस का मानवीय स्वरूप भी नजर आया। इन प्रयास के अंतर्गत सिकलीगरों (अवैध हथियारों को निर्माण करने वाले) को विभिन्न विकल्पों के बारे में जागरूक किया जाता है। इसके लिए पुलिस सिकलीगरों के गांवों में जाती है और वहां पुलिस शिविर लगाती है। जनवरी माह में प्रदेश के सीमावर्ती जिले बुरहानपुर के खकनार क्षेत्र के गांवों में जाकर सिकलीगरों को समाज की मुख्य धारा से जोड़ ने के लिए जनसंवाद कार्यक्रम आयोजित किया गया था साथ ही बड़वानी जिले के सेंधवा से लगे ग्राम उमर्ठी, वरला, बलवाड़ी सहित अन्य स्थानों पर भी इस तरह के आयोजन किए गए हैं। |
जनता की सुरक्षा और अपराधों की रोकथाम पुलिस का मुख्य उद्देश्य :-
| मध्य प्रदेश पुलिस द्वारा अवैध हथियार रखने वालों और अवैध हथियारों का कारोबार करने वालों पर सख्त कार्रवाई करने का मुख्य उद्देश्य जनता को सुरक्षा प्रदान करना और अपराधों की रोकथाम करना है। मध्य प्रदेश पुलिस ने अवैध हथियारों पर नियंत्रण के लिए प्रदेश के भोपाल कमिश्नरेट, इंदौर कमिश्नरेट, इंदाैर ग्रामीण, जबलपुर, चंबल, ग्वालियर, उज्जैन सहित सभी जोनोंं में लगातार कार्रवाई की जा रही है।
एक जनवरी से 15 फरवरी तक पुलिस ने प्रदेश में कुल 1297 प्रकरण दर्ज कर 1660 आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार करने में सफलता प्राप्त करते हुए पिस्टल, रिवाॅल्वर, देसी कट्टा, बंदूक, तलवार सहित 854 अवैध हथियार जब्त किए थे। वहीं इस बार चंबल संभाग में सख्त कार्रवाई करते हुए बड़ी संख्या में अवैध आग्नेयास्त्र और कारतूस जब्त कर कई अपराधियों को गिरफ्तार करने में महत्वपूर्ण सफलता प्राप्त की है। |
